Once I was in the "recovery" room we were allowed to have two visitors at a time. First in was Mimi & Papa (a.k.a. Carol and Ed). First time grandparents! They had been waiting MANY hours in the waiting room for this moment!
We have been blessed with the arrival of our daughter, Alexa Elisabeth Mattoon. She has brought pure joy to our lives!
